Financial Assistance Programs
Any household with a housing crisis may receive advice, information and, providing there are funds available, may be eligible for funding assistance through the local Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC).
Homelessness prevention funds (when available) can be used for rental arrearages, security deposits, etc. The first step is to attend an Intake appointment at Berkshire County Regional Housing Authority. Please call 413-443-7138 and ask about doing an intake for homelessness prevention.
