There is a grocery store and department store within 1/2 mile. There is bus service available to Pittsfield and other area towns. These apartments were newly constructed in May 1987.

Building Features: Bradford Arms is conveniently located in downtown Pittsfield where shopping, churches, Post Office, doctors and hospital are within walking distance. There is also bus service to all areas of the city and county. The Senior Center is located across the street and offers such activities as lunches, health clinics, traveling groups, bingo, swimming at the YMCA and bowling. There is also an adult day care center located adjacent to the building.

**These income limits are approved by HUD as an exception to the very low income limits. They may be decreased upon notification from HUD.

Building Features- Holy Family Terrace is newly constructed, completed in September 1991, it is located on the west side of North Adams, adjacent to Holy Family Church at the foot of Mt. Greylock. Downtown North Adams or Williamstown is within a short bus or car ride.

Building Features - Proprietors Fields constructed in November 1979 is located just off of Main St., in Williamstown. A short walk or bus ride will bring you to the center of town. The town senior center or Harper Center is located adjacent to the Proprietors Fields property and offers many activities including hot lunches, exercise, dance and cooking classes, health clinics, bingo, bridge, entertainment and social functions. Transportation is also provided for medical and social appointments, grocery shopping and banking and visiting to local nursing homes. Some of these activities require a voluntary donation.
