Important Note About the RAFT Program in 2008-2009:

Families inquiring about the RAFT Program will be directed to fill out an HCEC Intake Form through our Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC), which is located in our offices at 74 North Street, Pittsfield, MA, Room 312. 

Once an HCEC Intake Form is submitted, BHDC will then try to identify the most appropriate resource for each family.  Your family may be referred to another resource outside of our agency.
