PROPERTY MANAGER

Berkshire Housing Services, Inc. seeks a full time team player to manage a diverse real estate portfolio including apartments, condos and commercial retail/office space. Qualified candidate should have experience in property management and/or building construction and developing and living within operating budgets. Proficiency in Word/Excel is necessary.  Must be detail-oriented and an effective communicator.
