This includes residential housing, condominium properties, and commercial space. Berkshire Housing Services, Inc., believes that the value of any property can be maximized through the application of sophisticated business and property management techniques. Real estate requires a long term perspective in its management in order to create increased values. BHSI sees itself as an asset manager who preserves and creates value by tailoring its services to a property and/or owner's needs.
