The R.A.F.T. Program has closed
as of January 24th, 2008.
Unfortunately, even if you have already submitted an application, there will be no additional RAFT funds awarded.
If funded again, the program will resume in late summer 2008. Feel free to apply at that time. Check this website for updates and to download an application when available. Please refer to the resources listed at the bottom of this page.

Berkshire Housing Development Corporation wishes to thank all the agencies and organizations throughout Berkshire County who have made referrals and supported the RAFT Program this year. As a result of this network of support, BHDC was able to prevent homelessness for 75
families in Berkshire County over the past five months.
