This centrally located, historic building has 44 newly renovated studio apartments. This new facility is totally handicapped accessible and has many amenities not found in similar housing.
The YMCA Project serves low-income adults in Berkshire County who are in need of safe, clean, affordable permanent housing. In addition, the YMCA is committed to promoting fair housing and ensuring that minority and handicapped populations are served.

Amenities
These newly renovated apartments are located on the top two floors of the building. The two lower floors accommodate administrative offices, activity rooms and a large child care facility. In addition, there is a large indoor pool and fitness facility, to which residents have full access. A typical apartment floor plan would be a twin bed, night stand, dresser and a table with two chairs.
